5 Reasons why you need a business email address

Toggle the titles below to read more…

People buy from those they trust and a dedicated business email address helps to instil confidence with both your customers and suppliers.

If you have a business called ‘Excellent Cakes’, there’s no doubt that an email address such as ‘info@excellentcakes.co.uk’ is much more professional than a generic address such as  ‘excellent_cakes2019@hotmail.com.

Email is still the primary method of business communication and you don’t want to make people think harder than they have to. ‘info@excellentcakes.co.uk’ is much easier to remember than ‘excellent_cakes2019@hotmail.com’ and it’s much easier for you to say to your customers in person or over the phone, too.

Every time you send an email your business is promoted. If you choose to use a free email address, such as HOTMAIL, GMAIL or YAHOO etc, you’re promoting their email services with every email you send. This is why they can give you a free address!

With your own dedicated business email address, you are advertising your business and your business only while looking professional at the same time.

With your own business email service, you’re able to add different email addresses for each department of your company, such as accounts@, orders@, shop@ etc.

As you employ more people, you can also set individual email addresses for that person, too – lucy@excellentcakes.co.uk.

The possibilities are endless!

Prices start from as little as £7 per month plus vat – that’s £1.62 per week! That’s cheaper than a packet of biscuits!

We’re a local, Nottingham based company with over 20 years in business email address services and we do all the setup for you. We can even forward your existing emails to the new business address so you don’t need to change anything!

Simply pay monthly by direct debit and cancel at any time if you wish.

We’re so impressed that you’ve read this far that we’ll give you your first month free, too!
