We only offer payment by direct debit and you must sign a direct debit mandate to use our services. This forms part of our onboarding process.
If you have a voucher or sign up to our services with a free, introductory offer then you must complete the onboarding process (including the direct debit mandate sign up) at the start of the free period. You will then be automatically billed when the free period has expired.

Cancellation of your services:
We offer a simple 30 day rolling hosting service with no contract, however if you do wish to cancel your services, please contact us by email 30 days before your services are due to expire.
We will ask you to complete a ‘Hosting Cancellation Request’ and/or a ‘Domain Cancellation Request’ form(s) which will be emailed to you. This is to ensure that we can remove your data from our servers once your hosting services have ended, and/or set your domain to expire upon its next renewal date.
Once we have received the cancellation request form(s), the hosting services and/or domain will be cancelled upon the end of the current billing period. Your direct debit mandate will then be cancelled and no further payments will be due from you.
If we do not receive the completed cancellation request form(s) from you, we will attempt to send the cancellation request form(s) to you a second time via email. If we still do not receive the completed cancellation form(s) from you, we will take instruction from your original email requesting cancellation. The hosting services will then be cancelled upon the cancellation date requested in the original email received from you, or 28 days after the second time we have sent the cancellation forms to you via email, whichever is later.
Please be aware that cancelling your direct debit mandate with your bank or through our card payment handler does not constitute a cancellation of your hosting services. If the direct debit mandate is cancelled, we will still generate invoices after this period and use our external debt collection agency to recover the outstanding amount owed to us if they remain outstanding past 30 days of the due date. If this method is sought you may become liable for additional fees and charges and as such you agree to pay these charges in addition to the outstanding amount owed to us.
